How our pricing works
Every engagement is quoted as a scope, not as an hourly estimate. You know the number before the work starts, and it does not move unless the scope does.
Fixed-scope project
The default. A written scope, a fixed fee, a delivery date. Split into an opening payment and a balance on delivery.
Monthly retainer
For groups that generate structural decisions continuously. Priority access, review capacity and a standing point of contact.
Strategy session
A single paid session when you need a second opinion rather than a project. Credited against a project fee if you proceed within 60 days.

What every engagement includes
- →A written architecture map — options, trade-offs and the reasoning, yours to keep
- →One point of contact, and coordination of all local providers by us
- →Fixed fee agreed before work starts
- →A handover pack your team can operate without us
- →30 days of follow-up questions at no charge after delivery
Before you start, here are some of the things most clients want to know.
Every engagement starts with strategy: understanding your goals, risks and constraints — and ends with a structure that is clear, defensible, lean, and ready for growth.
In practice it runs in four steps: a scoping call, a written architecture map with options and trade-offs, execution (incorporation, licensing, banking, documentation), and a handover pack your team can actually operate.
We operate worldwide. Ignito.Advisory designs and implements legal architectures across any jurisdiction required by the client's business model — from classic corporate destinations to regulated, emerging or hybrid markets.
Our core markets for full corporate setup and ongoing support include the UAE, Singapore, BVI, Cayman, Seychelles, Delaware and Wyoming, India, Nigeria and selected LATAM jurisdictions. In these regions we can manage complete company formation, KYC/KYB, regulatory alignment and further corporate changes.
At the same time, we can structure and execute projects in any jurisdiction globally if it matches the client's goals, risk profile and long-term strategy.
Engagements are currently settled in USDT (TRC-20). Additional payment methods, including bank transfer, will be added as Ignito.Advisory expands.
Fixed-scope projects are invoiced in two parts: an initial payment to open the engagement and a balance on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
Yes. Most clients continue on a monthly retainer that covers priority access, document review, compliance monitoring and structural updates as the business changes.
If you don't need a retainer, we stay reachable for discrete follow-up questions related to the delivered structure at no charge for the first 30 days.
